Presentation in the City of Liuboml
At the end of February, the founder of the project "Returning the Cultural Heritage to Ukraine", Hanna Horobets, and the project's PR manager, Olena Bashkatova, held a presentation in the city of Liuboml, Volyn region.
Although this was our first visit to Liuboml, the project's book presentation initially took place exactly four years ago—in February 2020. At that time, we donated three facsimile editions to the Liuboml Local History Museum: the Reims Gospel (11th century), the Lauvryshava Gospel (14th century), and the Vienna Oktoechos (12th–13th centuries).
This time, we expanded the collection with books published within the project, bringing the total number of facsimile editions in the museum’s archives to nine.
We sincerely thank Mr. Oleksandr Ostapiuk, the chief custodian of the museum's collections, Ms. Tetiana Kravchuk, the museum director, and the museum’s patrons for the invitation, the excellent organization of the presentation, fascinating excursions, and pleasant conversations.
A heartfelt thank you to the residents of Liuboml for their interest in the " Returning the Cultural Heritage to Ukraine " project.
